Ways we can work together

I offer therapy, EMDR, and adult ADHD testing for adults in Ohio. Here’s a quick overview of the different ways we can work together.

  • I offer adult ADHD testing for adults in Ohio through a structured, neuroaffirming, and strengths-focused process.

This includes clinical interviews, standardized self-report measures, and (when helpful) input from people who know you well. The process is completed over multiple sessions and is designed to provide thoughtful, meaningful answers, not just a checklist.

At the end of the process, you’ll receive a personalized written report outlining your results along with practical, individualized recommendations.

You can learn more about the ADHD testing process here.

  • I offer individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Many of the clients I work with are used to holding it all together on the outside, while feeling overwhelmed or stuck internally.

My approach is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for practical tools, deeper insight, or a space to slow down and process.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process and heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences.

EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful memories, experiences, or patterns that still feel “stuck.”

I often use EMDR with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and long-standing patterns that feel difficult to move through with traditional talk therapy alone.

  • I provide emotional support animal (ESA) evaluations and documentation for established therapy clients when clinically appropriate and aligned with Ohio guidelines.

ESA evaluations are available for clients who have been engaged in ongoing therapy and already have an established relationship with their animal.
