Therapy, EMDR, and ADHD Services in Ohio
I offer individual therapy, EMDR, and ADHD testing for adults across Ohio. Many of the clients I work with look like they’re holding it all together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck. This page gives an overview of the different ways we can work together so you can find a starting point that feels right.
Ways We Can Work Together
Individual therapy for anxiety, burnout, life stressors, etc.
EMDR therapy for processing trauma and past experiences
Adult ADHD testing for clarity, diagnosis, and support

Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing everything that’s “wrong” with you. Sometimes it’s about understanding why you feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, burned out, or like you’re working way harder than everyone else just to keep up.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the general messiness that comes with being human. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to what you actually need, whether that’s practical strategies, a place to process what’s happening, deeper work around patterns that keep showing up, or a combination of all three.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. We can figure it out together.

Sometimes you can understand exactly why something affects you and still feel like your brain and body haven’t gotten the memo that it’s over.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that can help your brain process experiences that continue to feel distressing, triggering, or stuck. It can be helpful for trauma and PTSD, but also for experiences that may not seem “big enough” to call trauma and still have a lasting impact on how you feel, think, or respond today.
EMDR isn’t about erasing what happened or forcing you to relive every detail. We’ll work together at a pace that feels manageable, with plenty of attention to preparation, safety, and what you need throughout the process.

If you’ve spent years wondering whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, burnout, or why things that seem easy for other people feel so hard, an evaluation can help give you some clarity.
I offer comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations using a neuroaffirming and strengths-focused approach. The process takes place over several sessions and includes clinical assessment, standardized measures, and relevant history and collateral information when appropriate.
You’ll receive a personalized written report explaining your results, diagnosis when appropriate, and recommendations for next steps, so you leave with more than just an answer.

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation may be available for established therapy clients when clinically appropriate and connected to their ongoing treatment.
I only complete ESA evaluations for clients I have worked with in ongoing therapy for at least three months. This allows me to appropriately assess whether an ESA is clinically indicated as part of the client’s treatment plan. The animal must also already be established with the client.
ESA documentation is completed in accordance with applicable Ohio professional requirements.
